Bio:
Laura brings over 30 years of experience to her role as the Global Head of Talent Development and Enterprise Learning at BeOne. Laura has been a learning leader in 3 different pharmaceutical and biotech organizations in the commercial and clinical spaces before moving to HR talent development last year. Laura serves as the President of the Life Sciences Trainers and Educators Network (LTEN). She is also an advisory board member for the Learning and Performance Institute. Laura holds a CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) from the Training Institute and a CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) from ATD. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, a Master’s in Business Administration, and is pursuing a doctorate in Education. When not working or in school, Laura enjoys teaching yoga and traveling. She is married to Scott and has a 22-year-old son, Hayden.
