Jennifer Rekemeyer serves as Senior Director, Learning & Development Intellia Therapeutics, where she leads all corporate-wide and leadership development learning initiatives. Jen has brought her deep background in leadership development, change management, coaching and mentoring, developing and delivering training programs, GXP Training, and employee onboarding to build the Learning and Development function from the ground up at Intellia. Jen’s straightforward and scrappy approach enables her to provide just in time learning interventions that propel business forward and incorporates instructional design, performance management best practices, and cutting-edge technology solutions into everything she creates. Jen holds a BS in Leadership from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Jen is energized by working with complex, dynamic situations and personalities to solve performance problems for corporations.
